VIDEO CONSULTATIONS
Helping you manage your pain from home
We are pleased to announce we are now offering video consultations to those who cannot leave their house due to the COVID-19 virus.
A lot of what we do in our Chiropractic and Physiotherapy appointments is giving you advice, exercises and ideas to help manage your pain. This can all still be done through our video consultations.
We have teamed up with Physitrack, which is a simple to use app that allows us to speak with you via video call whilst showing and emailing you exercises and advice.
We will be offering 3 different types of video consultations:
1. FREE TRIAGE APPOINTMENT (10 mins)- this is a short 10 minute consultation to assess and “triage” your musculoskeletal case. We can then decide if your case can be dealt with remotely, in person, or onward referral to the GP/hospital setting.
By offering this, we are aiming to help reduce the load on the NHS. If you would normally call your GP practice for your back pain, please consider calling us instead.

2. NEW PATIENT VIDEO CONSULTATION (40 mins)- This is a full assessment for new patients we haven't seen before at the clinic. This includes a full case history, examining your range of movement and go through a few basic tests you can perform. This will allow us to form a diagnosis to let you know what's going on. From there we can discuss treatment options to help you- such as home-exercises, self-care, reassurance and education.
PRICE: £35 - (£10 off a normal new patient consultation)
3. EXISTING PATIENT VIDEO CONSULTATION- this is for existing patients who need advice on ongoing or new problems. Again we can offer advice, exercises, self care options and reassurance.
PRICE: £25- £10 off a normal treatment

You can also book online here. Once you have booked, we will send you an email of how to log onto the video consultation and payment advice. We respectfully ask for payment before the consultation goes ahead.
